What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, suburb and the message you type. Website, hosting and security services may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Health details you choose to share
A massage enquiry may include health information, for example that you are pregnant or have a recent injury. Only include what a therapist needs to know to decide whether the massage suits you. By including it, you agree to us passing it to the therapist for that purpose. Please do not include Medicare numbers, health fund membership numbers, identity documents or payment details in the form.
How it is used and who receives it
We use your details to review the enquiry, contact you about it if needed, and pass it to an independent local massage therapist so they can contact you directly. Your details are not sold and are not added to a marketing list.
Services used to process enquiries
The site uses hosting, form processing, email and security providers. Some of these may process information outside Australia.
The therapist’s handling
A therapist who receives your enquiry runs their own business and is responsible for how they handle your information from that point, including any health forms they ask you to complete. Ask them about their privacy practices if needed.
Access, correction and deletion
Email peter@yesai.au to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. We may need to confirm the request relates to you. If a record must be kept for a legal or business reason, we will tell you. Tell us if you no longer want an enquiry pursued and we will stop passing it on.
